The hotel rooms weren't cleaned every day to receive fresh towels and weren't quite ready on time after a long travel day, but they were clean overall despite some issues like something on the wall that looked like throw up behind the bathroom door. The service was helpful and pleasant, although there was a minor incident where they wanted to fight me for trying to get towels. The location was great, especially the pool area that my family loves, with easy access to the Mall of America. The dining experience offered a wide variety of options and was wonderful, but not maintained during specific hours.
